Filipino Adobo INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup slashed onion
1/3 cup lime juice
6 cloves garlic, coarsely hacked
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken bosoms
3 tablespoons slashed new cilantro
Filipino Adobo PREPARATION:
